Shopping at EZTart.com is simple and safe. This page explains how to place an order in the EZTart handmade shop.
- Choose Your Item
Browse the shop and choose the item you would like to purchase.
Please read the product description carefully before placing an order. Product descriptions may include information about materials, size, colour, care instructions and other important details.
Since many EZTart items are handmade, one-of-a-kind or made in small quantities, small variations may occur.
- Add the Item to Your Cart
When you find an item you like, select the available options, if any, and click “Add to Cart”.
You can continue shopping or go directly to your cart.
- Review Your Cart
Before checkout, please check your cart carefully.
Make sure that:
the selected item is correct,
the quantity is correct,
and any available options are selected properly.
- Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to complete your order, go to checkout.
Please enter your correct billing and shipping details, including:
full name,
email address,
shipping address,
phone number,
and any additional order notes, if needed.
Please make sure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. EZTart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
- Choose Payment Method
Available payment methods may include:
PayPal,
card payments,
or other available payment options shown at checkout.
EZTart does not store your full card details.
- Confirm Your Order
After completing checkout, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder in case the confirmation email does not appear immediately.

- Order Processing
After your order is received, I will prepare your item for shipping.
Most items are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If an item requires additional preparation time, I will contact you or clearly state this in the product description.
- Shipping
EZTart offers free shipping on all orders.
Orders are shipped to Serbia and internationally.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges, depending on the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Custom Orders
Custom and personalised orders are possible when I can make the item properly and when the necessary materials are available.
Before accepting a custom order, I may discuss the details with you, such as design, colours, size, materials and production time.
Custom-made and personalised items are usually not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged, defective or not as agreed.
