- Products
All EZTart items are handmade in Serbia.
We do our best to describe and photograph every item as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Since the items are handmade, small variations and details are part of the handmade character of the product and should not be considered defects.
Many products are made in small quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces.
- Prices
All prices are displayed on the website.
The final order price will be shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping is free on all orders, unless stated otherwise on the website.
- Orders
When you place an order, please make sure that your name, shipping address and contact details are correct.
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will prepare your item for shipping.
EZTart reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in the product information or price, or if the order cannot be completed for another justified reason. In that case, the buyer will be contacted and refunded if payment has already been made.
- Payment
Payments are processed through the available payment methods at checkout.
EZTart does not store your card details.
Your order will be prepared only after payment confirmation.
- Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped from Serbia.
Ready-made jewelry, accessories and home decor items are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Original artworks may require additional paperwork before shipping and are usually shipped within 5 business days.
Estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. International delivery may sometimes take longer due to customs procedures, border processing or local postal delays.
If delivery is not possible or if there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with the order.
Custom-made or clearly personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the item and the packaging.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you about the refund or exchange.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the situation and contact you about the next steps.

All photographs, product descriptions, designs, logos and website content belong to EZTart, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, use or distribute any content from this website without permission.

Your personal information is used only for processing your order, communication about your order and website-related purposes.
