We want you to be happy with your EZTart order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with the order.

Custom-made or clearly personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the item and packaging.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you about the refund or exchange.

If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us. We will gladly send additional photos or details before you decide.
