All EZTart items are handmade in Serbia.
Are the items really handmade?
Yes. Every item is handmade in small quantities, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Ready-made jewelry, accessories and home decor items are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Original artworks may require additional paperwork and are usually shipped within 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. International delivery may sometimes take longer because of customs or postal delays.
Can I ask for more photos before buying?
Yes, of course. If you need additional photos, dimensions or product details, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Are custom orders possible?
Sometimes, yes. Please contact us and we will let you know what is possible, depending on the materials and design.
Can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Can personalized items be returned?
Custom-made or clearly personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the item and the packaging. We will check the situation and contact you about the next steps.
